TUESDAY: September 22, 2020 Preparation Day Goals for the Day Stake out area and dig large foundations. Install foundations for We-Go-Round, Sway Fun and We-saw. 9:00 - 1:00 Volunteers – 4 people to help stakeout the area. 1:00 - 5:00 Volunteers – 12 to 15 people to install foundations and independent play pieces.

FRIDAY: September 25, 2020 Preparation Day Goals for the Day Finish digging holes and level with transit. Sort parts and hardware. Install a few independent play items. 9:00 - 5:00 Volunteers – 10 to 15 people.

SATURDAY: September 26, 2020 The Main Event Goals for the Day Install play equipment & pour concrete before dark. Install EWF surfacing system. 8:00 - 1:00 Volunteers – 70 to 80 people Food – Snack table breakfast, substantial snacks from 12:00 to 1:00 pm Child Care – Open for business 1:30 - 2:00 Lunch 1:30 - 7:00 Volunteers – 70 to 80 people Food – Snacks all afternoon, substantial snacks around 5:00 p
